Here at Ed's Archery we take pride in our ability to offer our customers a
personal service experience. Our customers are not just a number to us. Each
customer is as important as the next. We strive to give our personal, undivided
attention to each and every customer because our reputation is everything. We
don't spend a huge amount of money on marketing and advertising because we
prefer to let our satisfied customers do our advertising for us. It's a well
known business fact that if you satisfy 99 customers, maybe ten other people
will hear about it. But if just one person has a bad or unsatisfactory service
experience then you can count on that one person telling 10 or 15 people about
the "bad service" they received. It's as if bad news travels much better than
good news. So here at Ed's archery, we strive to eliminate that "one percent"
factor. We treat all of our customers with care and respect because we
understand that our reputation and our future depends on your satisfaction.

Equipment Repair
Here at Ed's Archery we service all makes and models of bows, crossbows,
arrows and accessories. Even if you didn't purchase your equipment here at Ed's,
we can still make whatever repairs or adjustments you made need. If your
equipment is beyond repair or if it simply isn't working for you, you can be
sure that we will be able to set you up with will work. And with our indoor and
outdoor ranges, you can experiment with your new or adjusted equipment, before
you leave - regardless of weather, to be sure that everything is working as it
should be. Again, here at Ed's our reputation depends on your satisfaction. Not
only are we aware of that fact, but we embrace it. Our goal is to have you leave
our shop completely confident in your equipment and your ability to use it.

One on One service
When business hours, shop traffic and scheduling allows, we will take you off
to the side and give you personal, one on one service and training with one of
our trained professional staff members. Having trouble tuning your system,
unable to paper tune your bow? or maybe dealing with a case of target panic? We
can help. Steve or one of our other staff members can assist you personally to
overcome whatever hurdle you're dealing with. As always, we believe in the
personal one on one type of service that has made our reputation what it is
today. Stop in or call the shop to arrange for a time to have us help you with
whatever problem you're dealing with. Quite often, our staff members can solve
your problem right over the phone with you even having to come in to the shop.
